We bought a Mountain Buggy Duet for our toddler and new born, utilising a lie flat seat and the carry cot plus. The buggy is great but the amount of space required to store and transport makes it impractical to take on holiday or anywhere but local. The worst thing about this pram are the V3 clips. They are terrible and not friendly to use. It is extremely difficult to remove the carry cot especially the central clip with one carry cot. Worst design ever! If we had known this we would probably have bought a different product. This seriously needs a rethink and redesign to make the clips more practical and easier to use!

I have bought this as a replacement twice. The clips are too easily broken when trying to alter the incline of the cot top.

We love our Mountain Buggy Duet for our twins. It's the best stroller. But these clips are terrible and are the only weak point of the Mountain Buggy system. They are used to attach the cary cot or the parent facing seat, and they are especially bad with the parent facing seat. They are hard to use, extremely difficult to adjust the recline, and unstable and shaky. One clip broke and caused our twins to fall in the parent facing seat. While they sent us new clips, they are still extremely shaky and unstable with the parent facing seat. Mountain Buggy seriously needs to redesign these clips. They are very bad, and they are the single point of connection between the carry cot/parent facing seat and the stroller. We love our stroller and hate these clips.

I bought one as the first broke and it broke switching a week of buying it. It’s impossible to change the reclining settings
